Comfortable room, attentive staff, with well-decorated common areas that made our stay enjoyable and a convenient free airport shuttle that added to our experience.

Housekeeping could use improvement.

The Pullman offered a pleasant stay with excellent customer service, particularly from staff members who efficiently helped with check-in and room accommodations. The hotel features beautiful amenities and a stunning view from my room, making it ideal for business travelers. The proximity to the airport and spacious rooms added to the overall convenience of my visit.

The bathroom needed updating, and some appliances were difficult to use.

The lobby and restaurant staff at Pullman were warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's grilled shrimp skewers were fantastic. However, my room was outdated and not as clean as expected, with some unpleasant details like dirty carpets and a poorly functioning shower. Parking fees were an unwelcome surprise.

The hotel has a great Art Deco vibe, and we loved relaxing at the pool. Plus, the close proximity to the airport made our stay easier, especially with our son's autism support dog. Breakfast had a good quality selection, which was a hit with the family.
